Who we are:

Talmadge Park is a newly furnished 90-bed rehabilitation and nursing facility that has been providing quality long-term, short-term and rehabilitation care to families of the New Haven county and shoreline communities for more than 30 years. We first opened our doors in 1979 converting a closed elementary school into a place of caring for those who require 24-hour nursing and medical assistance.

Our mission at Talmadge Park is to deliver exceptional long-term, short-term rehabilitative and hospice care. Our primary goal is to provide comprehensive health care and supportive services within a dignified and comfortable environment. This is accomplished by experienced and dedicated staff and professional medical personnel engaging in goal-oriented programs designed to satisfy the varied needs of each resident.
